Daniel 7:8
I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots; and behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Daniel 7:20-25
20
and concerning the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn which came up and before which three of them fell, the horn which had eyes and a mouth that spoke great things, and which seemed greater than its fellows.
21
As I looked, this horn made war with the saints, and prevailed over them,
22
until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was given for the saints of the Most High, and the time came when the saints received the kingdom.
23
"Thus he said: `As for the fourth beast, there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall be different from all the kingdoms, and it shall devour the whole earth, and trample it down, and break it to pieces.
24
As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise, and another shall arise after them; he shall be different from the former ones, and shall put down three kings.
25
He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, two times, and half a time.
Daniel 8:8-14
8
Then the he-goat magnified himself exceedingly; but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.
9
Out of one of them came forth a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land.
10
It grew great, even to the host of heaven; and some of the host of the stars it cast down to the ground, and trampled upon them.
11
It magnified itself, even up to the Prince of the host; and the continual burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown.
12
And the host was given over to it together with the continual burnt offering through transgression; and truth was cast down to the ground, and the horn acted and prospered.
13
Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to the one that spoke, "For how long is the vision concerning the continual burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled under foot?"
14
And he said to him, "For two thousand and three hundred evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary shall be restored to its rightful state."
Daniel 11:36-45
36
"And the king shall do according to his will; he shall exalt himself and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak astonishing things against the God of gods. He shall prosper till the indignation is accomplished; for what is determined shall be done.
37
He shall give no heed to the gods of his fathers, or to the one beloved by women; he shall not give heed to any other god, for he shall magnify himself above all.
38
He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these; a god whom his fathers did not know he shall honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and costly gifts.
39
He shall deal with the strongest fortresses by the help of a foreign god; those who acknowledge him he shall magnify with honor. He shall make them rulers over many and shall divide the land for a price.
40
"At the time of the end the king of the south shall attack him; but the king of the north shall rush upon him like a whirlwind, with chariots and horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall come into countries and shall overflow and pass through.
41
He shall come into the glorious land. And tens of thousands shall fall, but these shall be delivered out of his hand: Edom and Moab and the main part of the Ammonites.
42
He shall stretch out his hand against the countries, and the land of Egypt shall not escape.
43
He shall become ruler of the treasures of gold and of silver, and all the precious things of Egypt; and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall follow in his train.
44
But tidings from the east and the north shall alarm him, and he shall go forth with great fury to exterminate and utterly destroy many.
45
And he shall pitch his palatial tents between the sea and the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, with none to help him.
Daniel 12:1

Daniel 12:7
The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the stream, raised his right hand and his left hand toward heaven; and I heard him swear by him who lives for ever that it would be for a time, two times, and half a time; and that when the shattering of the power of the holy people comes to an end all these things would be accomplished.

2 Thessalonians 2:3-12
3
Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition,
4
who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.
5
Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this?
6
And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time.
7
For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way.
8
And then the lawless one will be revealed, and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by his appearing and his coming.
9
The coming of the lawless one by the activity of Satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders,
10
and with all wicked deception for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
11
Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false,
12
so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
1 Timothy 4:1-3
1
Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by giving heed to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons,
2
through the pretensions of liars whose consciences are seared,
3
who forbid marriage and enjoin abstinence from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
Revelation 8:1-17
1
When the Lamb opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.
2
Then I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.
3
And another angel came and stood at the altar with a golden censer; and he was given much incense to mingle with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar before the throne;
4
and the smoke of the incense rose with the prayers of the saints from the hand of the angel before God.
5
Then the angel took the censer and filled it with fire from the altar and threw it on the earth; and there were peals of thunder, voices, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake.
6
Now the seven angels who had the seven trumpets made ready to blow them.
7
The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, which fell on the earth; and a third of the earth was burnt up, and a third of the trees were burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
8
The second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea;
9
and a third of the sea became blood, a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.
10
The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, blazing like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the fountains of water.
11
The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many men died of the water, because it was made bitter.
12
The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light was darkened; a third of the day was kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night.
13
Then I looked, and I heard an eagle crying with a loud voice, as it flew in midheaven, "Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, at the blasts of the other trumpets which the three angels are about to blow!"
